Fittward

Terms of Use

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Cyberlace Software Solutions, India ("Fittward", "we"), covering your use of the Fittward apps and fittward.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Fittward is a training log and information tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.

You exercise at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Fittward is not liable for any injury or health problem resulting from activities you do while using the Service.

Your account

Your content

You own the workouts, routines, notes, photos, videos and other content you add to Fittward. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service — for example, to sync it to your devices and show it to the people your privacy settings allow. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.

Only upload content you have the right to share, and don't post photos or videos of other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

Exercise library

Exercise names, descriptions, instructions and animations are licensed to Fittward from third parties for use within the Service only. They may not be downloaded, extracted or reused outside Fittward.

Changes and availability

We're continually improving Fittward, so features may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll give reasonable notice before discontinuing the Service so you can export your data.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be error-free or that statistics such as volume or personal records are accurate. To the extent the law allows, Fittward is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

App stores

If you downloaded Fittward from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply to your use of the app. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India, except where the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Fittward after that means you accept the updated terms.
